Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, most items may be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

Return Process - the basics

Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
 

All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.
 

Hats are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
 

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.

Refund/Exchange

After inspection, a refund/exchange will be issued to your original payment method.
 

If your original payment card has expired, please contact your bank or card issuer to assist in receiving the refund.
 

The actual time it takes to see the refund in your account depends on your bank.
 

A notification email will be sent once your refund/exchange has been processed.
